  15. QUICK START: 
  16. ------------
  17. In order to make FULL use of this entertaining program, you will need to read 
  18. the documentation, which is contained in a file called JAILBIRD.TXT. But since 
  19. the program is fairly self-explainatory, you can probably operate it without 
  20. any detailed instructions. To start the program, simply switch to the JAILBIRD 
  21. subdirectory, type JAILBIRD, and press the [ENTER] key. You'll find yourself 
  22. at the input window, where you can begin typing in your personalized 
  23. information.

  26. PRINTING THE DOCUMENTATION:
  27. ---------------------------
  28. The documentation file (JAILBIRD.TXT) is formatted for 70-characters per 
  29. line, and 60-lines per page. To print the documentation, you can simply issue 
  30. the following command from the DOS command line:

  32.      COPY JAILBIRD.TXT PRN
  33.  
  34.             - or -
  35.  
  36.      COPY JAILBIRD.TXT LPT1 (or whatever printer port is appropriate)

  38. The documentation file contains form-feed characters, so it can also be 
  39. printed by various printing utilities.

  42. Jailbird is Shareware!
  43. ---------------------------------------
  44. The registration fee for Jailbird is $19.00 (US). You are entitled to 
  45. evaluate Jailbird for a period of up to 30 days. If you continue to use the
